My Learning Assets - Classrooms
Learn how to view classroom attendance, review session details, filter records, and export classroom reports in KREDO.
The Classrooms section tracks your participation in online and offline classrooms. The summary card displays time spent, completion percentage, and the total assigned and completed classrooms.
Viewing Classroom Details
- Open My Report and navigate to My Learning Assets.
- Locate the Classrooms card.
- Click View More to open the detailed report.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |

| Name | Name of the classroom. |
| Type | Indicates whether the classroom is online or offline. |
| Attended | Indicates whether you attended the classroom. |
| Time Spent | Time spent participating in the classroom. |
| Scheduled From | Classroom start date and time. |
| Scheduled To | Classroom end date and time. |
| Actions | Provides access to additional classroom or session details. |
Viewing Event Details
- Locate the relevant classroom record.
- Under Actions, select View More.
- Review the event details, including the session name, attendance, time spent, and scheduled dates.
- For recurring sessions, review the details for the individual session dates displayed.
Filtering Classroom Records
- Click the Filters icon.
- Configure the available fields, such as Name, Scheduled From, Scheduled To, Type, and Attended.
- Use AND to match all selected conditions or OR to match at least one condition, where supported.
- Click Apply to display the filtered results.
Customizing Visible Columns
Use Visible Columns to select or deselect the columns you want to display in the report, where this option is available.
Exporting the Classroom Report
- Click Export.
- Enter the required details in the export window.
- Click Download.
The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.
