My Learning Assets - Virtual Meetings
Learn how to view, filter, and export virtual meeting activity in the My Learning Assets report in KREDO.
The Virtual Meetings section tracks your participation in virtual meetings assigned through KREDO. The summary card displays the completion percentage, total assigned meetings, and total completed meetings.
Viewing Virtual Meeting Details
- Open My Report and navigate to My Learning Assets.
- Locate the Virtual Meetings card.
- Click View More to open the detailed report.
Column Definitions
| Column | Description |

| Title | Name of the virtual meeting. |
| Recordings | Provides access to available meeting recordings, where supported. |
| Scheduled On | Date the meeting is scheduled. |
| Scheduled To | Meeting end date or scheduled time information, as displayed. |
| Time Spent | Time spent participating in the meeting. |
| Duration (mins) | Meeting duration in minutes. |
| Joined | Indicates whether you joined the meeting. |
| Actions | Displays available actions for the meeting record. |
Filtering Virtual Meeting Records
- Click the Filters icon.
- Select the required criteria using the available fields, such as Name, Scheduled On, and Joined.
- Set the filter conditions as required.
- Click Apply to display the matching records.
Exporting the Virtual Meeting Report
- Click Export.
- Enter the required details in the export window.
- Click Download.
The report is downloaded in .XLSX format.
