Skill Assets Enroll

Review learner requests to enroll in skill assets and take the required action.

Skill Assets Enroll

1. Navigate to Menu > Manage Requests.
2. The Skill Asset Enrollment section is displayed by default.
3. Review the learner requests listed for skill asset enrollment.
4. Under the Actions column, select the required action.

Publish a Request

1. Click Publish for the required request.
2. A Please take a moment confirmation pop-up is displayed.
3. Click Yes to confirm.

A success message confirms that the skill asset enrollment request has been published successfully.

Once published, the Publish button changes to Unpublish.

Unpublish a Request

1. Click Unpublish for the published request.
2. A confirmation pop-up is displayed.
3. Click Yes to confirm.

The request is successfully unpublished.

Reject a Request

1. Click Reject for the required request.
2. A Please take a moment confirmation pop-up is displayed.
3. Click Yes to proceed.
4. Provide the required feedback for rejecting the request.

A success message confirms that the request has been rejected successfully.

Actions

• Publish – Grants access to the requested skill asset.
• Unpublish – Removes access to the skill asset.
• Reject – Denies the enrollment request.
